Chiropractors assess disorders related to the spine, nervous system and joints of the extremities, and provide diagnosis and treatment for these disorders. Chiropractic care is directed toward restoring, enhancing, improving, or maintaining the quality of life and health of the patient. This is achieved through the use of the chiropractic adjustment and related therapies, primarily to the musculoskeletal system, in order to affect the neural regulation of the body.
