The chart below outlines the new Document Delivery fee schedule. It refers to articles that can be obtained using CMCC library resources.

If articles cannot be obtained using CMCC library resources, articles can be ordered outside the college on a cost recovery basis for CMCC Members, students, faculty and staff. For non-CMCC Members, an additional charge of $8.00 plus the cost of the item applies.

Access Copyright Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency: is a non-profit reproduction rights organization established by copyright owners to administer photocopying rights in their published works. (www.Accesscopyright.com)
Access Copyright Licence Agreement:
CMCC signed a licence agreement with the Access Copyright ensuring CMCC the rights to reproduce copyright works for the purposes of education, research and higher learning which would be outside the scope of fair dealing under the Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985 c.C-42 as amended.
Under the Licence Agreement, Document Delivery constitutes copying of published works for use by persons or entities other than non-profit educational institutions, libraries, archives, or museums, and as such is subject to Access Copyright fees. These fees are collected by CMCC and forwarded to Access Copyright on a semi-annual basis.
