Annual Parking Pass
Limited student parking is available for eligible permit holders only, with priority given to students who live farthest from CMCC, and students who car pool/share a parking spot.

Eligible students will need to purchase an annual parking pass ($575 per year, non-refundable) plus a fee for the Parking Card ($25, refundable upon return). If a replacement card is required for any reason a charge of $25 is applicable.

Please note that daily parking is reserved for clinic patients and visitors to CMCC, and therefore not available to students.

Rental Accommodation Online Listing
While CMCC has no facilities for student housing, the office of Student Services maintains an online listing of rental accommodations. Accepted applicants will receive a password to log in to MyCMCC and access the Student Housing Database. We recommend that you begin your search for accommodation in June, before the rush starts in July and August.
